(Part 25 Transport Category Aircraft) Considering that Whelen Aerospace Technologies (WAT) and Global Aircraft Certification Experts LLC, acting on behalf of WAT has submitted the associated technical documentation, duly reviewed, and evaluated under Colombian Civil Aviation

(Part 25 Transport Category Aircraft) Considering that Whelen Aerospace Technologies (WAT) and Global Aircraft Certification Experts LLC, acting on behalf of WAT has submitted the associated technical documentation, duly reviewed, and evaluated under Colombian Civil Aviation Regulations (RAC 21, § 21.515). The Colombian Civil Aviation Authority (AEROCIVIL) hereby accepts the foreign Supplemental Type Certificate No. ST02893AT, for major alteration application on Colombian registered aeronautical products, in accordance with airworthiness limitations and conditions stablished in the FAA Supplemental Type Certificate. As provided by Whelen Aerospace Technologies (WAT), the following documents are required to accompany each installation on Colombian-registered aeronautical products, in accordance with RAC 43 § 43.300(b):

Revocation If, at any time, AEROCIVIL determines that there is reasonable evidence to suggest that the safety of the aeronautical product has been compromised due to an unsafe condition in the altered product, AEROCIVIL reserves the right to revoke this STC acceptance. Sincerely,
