According to your application for the acceptance of FAA Supplemental Type Certificate No. ST03417NY, related to the:

Installation of Intelsat Cabin Connectivity System in accordance with Delta Engineering Master Data List 0164-09676-2406 on Airbus A320 aircraft.

and considering that Delta Engineering, has submitted the associated technical

Installation of Intelsat Cabin Connectivity System in accordance with Delta Engineering Master Data List 0164-09676-2406 on Airbus A320 aircraft.

and considering that Delta Engineering, has submitted the associated technical documentation, which was reviewed and evaluated under Colombian Civil Aviation Regulations (RAC 21, § 21.515), the Colombian Civil Aviation Authority (AEROCIVIL) accepts the foreign Supplemental Type Certificate No. ST03417NY, for major alteration application on Airbus A320 aircraft, in accordance with airworthiness limitations and conditions stated in the FAA Supplemental Type Certificate.

As substantiated by Delta Engineering, the Master Data List 0164-09676-2406 in revision CT, dated Feb. 19, 2026, support the installation Intelsat Cabin Connectivity System in accordance with Master Data List Configuration 27 on Airbus A320 aircraft models registered in Colombia, as required by RAC 43 § 43.300(b).________________________________________________________________________ Unidad Administrativa Especial de Aeronáutica Civil www.aerocivil.gov.co - Av. The aeronautical product to be altered must be explicitly listed in the Supplemental Type Certificate (STC). The STC ST03417NY will be entered into the national index of accepted STC.

Limitations of Acceptance

This acceptance applies exclusively to STC and its supporting technical data. It does not constitute approval for the importation of the product(s) included in the STC. The installer is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the requirements set forth in RAC 21.1200 regarding the import of such product(s). Holder's Responsibilities

The company holding STC is responsible for maintaining the STC information, including all

The company holding STC is responsible for maintaining the STC information, including all published alteration documents, up to date. This is necessary to guarantee safe operation and support the continued airworthiness of aircraft registered in Colombia that incorporate this alteration. Any major modification or change in the STC information must be reported to, and documented with, the Colombian Civil Aviation Authority (AEROCIVIL).

Validity

This letter of acceptance shall remain valid only for as long as the Supplemental Type Certificate remains in effect. Revocation

If, at any time, AEROCIVIL determines that there is reasonable evidence to suggest that the safety of the aeronautical product has been compromised due to an unsafe condition in the altered product, AEROCIVIL reserves the right to revoke this STC acceptance. Sincerely,
