Dear Mr. Hamblin, According to your application for the acceptance of FAA Supplemental Type Certificate No. ST12089CH, related to the: “Premium Economy Class Seat Relocation in accordance with master drawing list 24GR136-MDL revision D dated Oct 14, 2025” Considering that “Global Aerospace Design Corp.” has submitted the associated technical documentation, which was reviewed and evaluated under Colombian Civil Aviation Regulations (RAC 21, 21.515). The Colombian Civil Aviation Authority (AEROCIVIL) accepts the Supplemental Type Certificate No. ST12089CH, for major alteration application on Colombian registered aeronautical product, in accordance with airworthiness limitations and conditions stated in the FAA Supplemental Type Certificate.________________________________________________________________________

5. Weight and Balance Report Doc. No. 24gr136-WBR Rev. IR, dated Nov. 10, 2025.

6. A letter of authorization of use of the STC signed by the appropriated person in the STC holder organization identifying A/C tail number and S/N.

7. The STC No. ST12089CH will be entered in the national index of accepted STC`s.
