Dear Mr. Kravtsov, According to your application for the acceptance of State Aviation Administration of Ukraine STC No. DTL0229, related to the: “Installation of GTN 625Xi Navigation System”. Considering that “AviaTech LLC” has submitted the associated technical documentation, which was reviewed and evaluated under Colombian Civil Aviation Regulations (RAC 21.515), the Colombian Civil Aviation Authority (AEROCIVIL) hereby accepts the State Aviation Administration of Ukraine Supplemental Type Certificate No.DTL0229, dated

Considering that “AviaTech LLC” has submitted the associated technical documentation, which was reviewed and evaluated under Colombian Civil Aviation Regulations (RAC 21.515), the Colombian Civil Aviation Authority (AEROCIVIL) hereby accepts the State Aviation Administration of Ukraine Supplemental Type Certificate No.DTL0229, dated 06.05.2021, for major alteration application on Colombian registered aeronautical products, in accordance with airworthiness limitations and conditions stated in the mentioned Supplemental Type Certificate. 9. Letter of authorization of use of the STC signed by the appropriated person in the STC holder organization identifying A/C tail number and S/N.

Scope The aeronautical product to be altered must be explicitly listed in the Supplemental Type Certificate (STC). STC DTL0229 will be entered in the national index of accepted STCs. Limitations of Acceptance This acceptance applies exclusively to the STC and its supporting technical data. It does not constitute approval for the importation of the product(s) included in the STC. The installer is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the requirements set forth in RAC 21.1200 regarding the import of such product(s). Holders Responsibilities The company holding this STC is responsible for maintaining the STC information, including all published alteration documents, up to date. This is necessary to guarantee safe operation and support the continued airworthiness of aircraft registered in Colombia that are subject to this alteration. Any major modification or change in the STC information must be reported to and documented with the Colombian Civil Aviation Authority (AEROCIVIL).
