Dear Mr. Kravtsov, According to your application for the acceptance of State Aviation Administration of Ukraine STC No. DTL0256, related to the: “Installation of TDR-94D Responder”. Considering that “AviaTech LLC” has submitted the associated technical documentation, which was reviewed and evaluated under Colombian Civil Aviation Regulations (RAC 21.515), the Colombian Civil Aviation Authority (AEROCIVIL) hereby accepts the State Aviation Administration of Ukraine Supplemental Type Certificate No.DTL0256, dated

Considering that “AviaTech LLC” has submitted the associated technical documentation, which was reviewed and evaluated under Colombian Civil Aviation Regulations (RAC 21.515), the Colombian Civil Aviation Authority (AEROCIVIL) hereby accepts the State Aviation Administration of Ukraine Supplemental Type Certificate No.DTL0256, dated 29.03.2021, for major alteration application on Colombian registered aeronautical products, in accordance with airworthiness limitations and conditions stated in the mentioned Supplemental Type Certificate.________________________________________________________________________ Unidad Administrativa Especial de Aeronáutica Civil www.aerocivil.gov.co - Av. Scope The aeronautical product to be altered must be listed in the respective Approved Model List (AML) of this STC. The STC DTL0256 will be entered in the national index of accepted STC`s. Limitations of Acceptance This acceptance is issued to exclusively to the STC and its supporting technical data and does not constitute an approval for the importation of the product(s) included in the STC. The installer is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the requirements set forth in RAC 21.1200 regarding the import of such product(s). Holders Responsibilities The company holding this STC is responsible for maintaining the STC information, including all published alteration documents, up to date. This is necessary to guarantee safe operation and support the continued airworthiness of aircraft registered in Colombia that are subject to this alteration. Any major modification or change in the STC information must be reported to and documented with the Colombian Civil Aviation Authority (AEROCIVIL). Revocation If, at any time, AEROCIVIL determines that there is reasonable evidence to suggest that the safety of the aeronautical product has been compromised due to an unsafe condition in the altered product, AEROCIVIL reserves the right to revoke this STC acceptance.
