Response to your inquiry Regarding your inquiry, we kindly inform you that it has been addressed to the Communications Regulation Commission (CRC), the entity responsible for promoting market competition, fostering information pluralism, preventing the abuse of dominant positions, regulating communications networks and services, and safeguarding user rights. In this context, it is important to clarify that the CRC is responsible for defining certification and radiation standards applicable only to mobile phones operating on IMT bands, as well as to fixed and satellite phones.
