En uso de sus facultades legales y estatutarias,

Artículo 5°. - Las sanciones económicas impuestas en esta resolución deberán cancelarse a la DIMAYOR dentro del término previsto en el artículo 20° del Código Disciplinario Único de la FCF, el cual señala:

“Artículo 20. Ejecución de la multa.

1. Los clubes o personas que hayan sido multados deberán cancelar el valor correspondiente dentro de los veinte (20) días siguientes a la fecha de notificación de la sanción. De no hacerlo quedarán inhabilitados para actuar en las fechas subsiguientes y si se tratare de un club, el mismo será sancionado con deducción de puntos de los obtenidos en el campeonato en curso o del siguiente campeonato.

Para tal efecto, la comisión o autoridad disciplinaria correspondiente, a través de resolución, hará la respectiva publicación sobre los inhabilitados por esta causa."
