75th FIFA Congress in Asunción, Paraguay, on 15 May 2025

Dear Sir or Madam,

In accordance with article 25 paragraph 2 of the FIFA Statutes, and as notified per Circular 1898, the FIFA Council decided at its meeting on 3 October 2024 that the next Ordinary FIFA Congress will be held in Asunción, Paraguay, on 15 May 2025.

Member associations will be separately contacted by the FIFA administration and invited to register for the Congress in the coming weeks . The registration process will be followed by a formal convocation, in writing, at least one month before the date of the Congress, i.e. 15 April 2025 (cf. article 25 paragraph 2 of the FIFA Statutes).

Member associations will receive the convocation together with a copy of the agenda, the minutes of the 7 4th FIFA Congress, the minutes of the Extraordinary FIFA Congress, the FIFA Annual Report 202 4, and practical information regarding the organisation of the Congress. Should you wish to submit a proposal for the Congress agenda, please do so in writing and send it to the general secretariat, together with a brief explanation, at least two months bef ore the date of the Congress, i.e. 15 March 2025 (cf. article 28 paragraph 1 of the FIFA Statutes).
