Excellency: I have the honor to address Your Excellency further to instructions from the President of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, Judge Rodrigo Mudrovitsch, in order to submit through you, as chair of the Permanent Council, a request to present the 2025 Annual Report of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights within the framework of the fifty-sixth regular session of General Assembly of the Organization of American States, which is scheduled to be held in Panama City, Panama, June 22 to 24, 2026.

As Secretary of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, I remain at your disposal to make the necessary arrangements for the presentation, and I thank you in advance for all the support provided. I would also like to take this opportunity to extend our congratulations and best wishes as Chair of the Permanent Council of the Organization of American States, a role that, given your outstanding experience, I feel certain you will perform with great success.
