Note No. 005/2026 The Permanent Mission of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay to the Organization of American States (OAS) presents its compliments to the Executive Secretariat for Integral Development of the OAS and has the pleasure to refer to the election of members of the Management Board of the InterAmerican Agency for Cooperation and Development (IACD) scheduled for the current year. In that regard, the Government of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay hereby presents its candidacy for membership of the Management Board of the IACD for the 2026–2028 term. The Permanent Mission of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay to the Organization of American States avails itself of this opportunity to convey to the Executive Secretariat for Integral Development of the OAS the renewed assurances of its highest consideration.
