1. Venue and Date of the Meeting The Twenty-Sixth Regular Session of the Inter-American Committee against Terrorism (CICTE) will be held on April 8–9, 2026 in Panama City, Panama. The sessions will take place at the conference
facilities of the Hotel Las Americas Golden Tower , located at Avenida Balboa and Calle 53, Marbella corner, Panama City, Panama. All the documents of the meeting will be available at the following link: XXVI Session of the Inter-American Committee against Terrorism (CICTE).

3. Accreditation of Participants Delegations of OAS Member States are kindly requested to submit their accreditation by means of a Note Verbale, transmitted through their respective Permanent Missions to the OAS, specifying the names of the individuals composing the delegation. Correspondence should be addressed to:
CICTE Executive Secretariat CICTE@oas.org Delegations from Permanent Observers, international organizations, and other invited institutions must be duly accredited through a Note Verbale or an official communication addressed to the CICTE Secretariat. Verbal Notes or official accreditation communications must be submitted no later than Friday, April 3, 2026, and should include the following information for each participant: Name (Please indicate if the person will participate as Head of Delegation or delegate.) 4. Registration of Participants Participant accreditation and registration submitted after the above-mentioned deadline will be conducted onsite at the event venue’s conference area, in accordance with the schedule below: Tuesday, April 7: from 1:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 8: from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Thursday, April 9: from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.For security purposes, participants are requested to present an official form of identification along with a copy of the Verbal Note or official accreditation communication during registration to receive their identification badge.
Delegates will receive their identification badges which, for security reasons, will be required at all sessions.
5. Entry and Exit Requirements Delegates will be responsible for satisfying all entry requirements established by the
Government of Panama. For more information, participants who require a visa to enter the country are recommended to

6. Travel and Accommodation All travel and accommodation expenses will be the responsibility of each participant.
Participants are advised to make reservations for accommodation, transfers and airfare with the airline of their choice directly and in due time to ensure availability. To facilitate accommodation arrangements, the Government of the Republic of Panama, through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, has negotiated preferential rates for participants at hotels located near the meeting venue, as outlined in the table below. Accommodation reservations should be made individually and directly with the hotel of your choice, using the contact details provided in the hotel table. Reservations must be completed by April 4, 2026, to guarantee room availability and access to the preferential rates and associated benefits. 7. Transportation The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Panama will provide transportation for all participants between the recommended hotels and the event venue. Additionally, transportation will be arranged as needed for participants to attend activities included in the official event agenda that require transportation from either the venue or the recommended hotels.
8. Languages and Working Documents The working sessions of the XXVI Regular Session of the Inter-American Committee against Terrorism (CICTE) will have simultaneous interpretation in Spanish, English, Portuguese and French,
transportation from either the venue or the recommended hotels.
