(at the regular meeting held on January 30, 2026) The Inter-American Council for Integral Development (CIDI) held a regular meeting on January 30, 2026. Ambassador Edison Lanza, Permanent Representative of Uruguay and Chair of CIDI, presided over the meeting. A quorum was established with the presence of representatives of:

1. CIDI adopted the following decisions and notes on the topics under consideration: Presentation and consideration of the Draft Work Plan of the Inter-American Council for Integral Development (January-June 2026)  Decision: CIDI adopted the work plan of the Council for the period January–June 2026, which focuses on the topic “Energy Security as a Catalyst for Sustainable Development and Economic Prosperity in the Americas.” (CIDI/doc.473/26 rev. 3) English | Español | Français | Português  CIDI also instructed the Executive Secretariat for Integral Development (SEDI) to follow up on the results of the thematic dialogues envisaged in the work plan, including the identification, systematization, and dissemination of opportunities for cooperation, exchange of best practices, and possible joint initiatives among member states.- 22.
