I have the honor to address Your Excellency to respectfully request your support in the electronic distribution of the Final Report of the Electoral Observation Mission deployed in Ecuador for the Referendum and Popular Consultation of April 21, 2024.

This request is in accordance with Article 24 of the Inter -American Democratic Charter and the provisions contained in the 2024 Manual for OAS Electoral Observation Missions. As you are aware, the report reflects the activities, observations, and recommend ations of the Mission. It should be noted that, once it has been distributed to the Permanent Council, the report will be published on the OAS digital platforms.
