Pursuant to Articles 9.c, 9.d, and 10 of the Rules of Procedure of the General Assembly, presented herewith is the list of other observers and special guests whom the Secretary General, with the authorization of the Permanent Council, may invite to attend the fifty-sixth regular session of the General Assembly, to be held in Panama City, Panama, from June 22 to 24, 2026.

OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY

THE PERMANENT COUNCIL OF THE ORGANIZATION OF AMERICAN STATES,

BEARING IN MIND that the fifty-sixth regular session of the General Assembly will be held in Panama City, Panama, from June 22 to 24, 2026; and

CONSIDERING the provisions contained in Articles 9.c, 9.d, and 10 of the Rules of Procedure of the General Assembly,

RESOLVES:
