COMMITTEE ON ADMINISTRATIVE Original: Spanish AND BUDGETARY AFFAIRS NOTICE The Secretariat of the Permanent Council presents its compliments to the Permanent Missions and, on instructions from the Chair of the Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Affairs (CAAP), Ambassador Benoni Belli, Permanent Representative of Brazil to the Organization, wishes to advise that in accordance with the mandate contained in resolution "Program-Budget of the Organization for 2026,” the first instructive briefing of the year on basic elements of administrative and financial management of the Organization has been scheduled. Details are provided below.
