The Secretariat of the Permanent Council presents its compliments to the permanent missions and, on instructions from the Chair of the Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Affairs (CAAP), Ambassador Benoni Belli, Permanent Representative of Brazil to the OAS, has the honor to inform them that an informal meeting of the CAAP has been scheduled for Friday, May 15, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., in the José Gustavo Guerrero Room, in order to continue consideration of the draft resolution “Program-Budget of the Organization for 2027.”
