NOTICE

(Second informal meeting of negotiations of the CAJP on draft resolution “Installation of the Credentials Committee of the Organization of American States,” to be referred to the General Assembly, Friday, March 20, 2026) The Secretariat of the Permanent Council presents its compliments to the permanent missions of the OAS member states and, on instructions from Ambassador Edison Lanza, Chair of the CAJP and Permanent Representative of Uruguay, wishes to advise the delegations that a second informal meeting of negotiation of the CAJP will be held to consider draft resolution “Installation of the Credentials Committee of the Organization of American States,” to be referred to the General Assembly.

I. Meeting details  Date: Friday, March 20, 2026  Time: 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

 Place: Padilha Vidal Room (Basement, GSB)

II. Document to be negotiated  Draft resolution “Installation of the Credentials Committee of the Organization of American States,” to be referred to the General Assembly
