NOTICE
(Links for experts invited by member state delegations and for members of the public to attend the meeting scheduled for March 19, 2026) The Secretariat of the Permanent Council presents its compliments to the permanent missions and, on instructions from the Chair, is pleased to enclose herewith the links to the meeting for experts that member state delegations may wish to invite to participate in the meeting of the Committee on Hemispheric Security on Women, Peace and Security, as well as for those wishing to follow the event live. The Chair would like to remind the distinguished delegations that the meeting will be held in person in the Simón Bolívar Room on March 19, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Below are the links for experts and members of the public to join the meeting, as well as the links to the meeting documents. o To attend the meeting as a participant (only for those who will take the floor): https://live.kudoway.com/ad/220115789502 o To attend the meeting as a viewer (only for those who will watch and listen to the meeting): https://live.kudoway.com/br/110114952320.

the platform. In the event of technical difficulties connecting, they are kindly asked to contact the conference specialist, Ms. Clara Hoyos, at (771) 202-1824. Those wishing to use PowerPoint presentations during their presentations, are requested to send them in advance to the conference specialist (choyos@oas.org), with a copy to the committee secretary (jgsalazar@oas.org). In addition, for the purpose of proper identification of the experts invited by member state delegations, the Chair kindly asks that they identify themselves upon logging on to the meeting by providing the name of their country and their own name in parentheses, thus: Panama (Carlos Ibarra).
