N O T I C E
(Links for experts invited by member state delegations and for members of the public wishing to attend the meeting scheduled for February 5, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.) The Secretariat of the Permanent Council presents its compliments to the permanent missions and, on instructions from the Chair, is pleased to forward herewith the links to the meeting under reference, for such experts as the member state delegations may wish to invite to participate in the dialogue on progress and challenges in the implementation of supply reduction programs and projects undertaken by the Executive Secretariat of the Inter-American Drug Abuse Control Commission (CICAD), as well as for those wishing to follow the event live. The meeting will proceed according to the Structure for the consideration of substantive issues during regular meetings of the Committee on Hemispheric Security (2025–2026), contained in document CP/CSH/INF.602/25.
