NOTICE
(Links for the virtual meeting scheduled for February 19, 2026, at 10:30 a.m.) The Secretariat of the Permanent Council presents its compliments to the permanent missions and, on instructions from the Chair, is pleased to enclose herewith the links for the meeting of reference, at which the progress and challenges in the implementation of programs and projects undertaken by the Executive Secretariat of the Inter-American Drug Abuse Control Commission (CICAD) to collect and generate drug-related data and knowledge within the framework of the Multilateral Evaluation Mechanism (MEM) will be considered. The meeting will be held in accordance with the Structure for the Consideration of Substantive Issues during Regular Meetings of the Committee on Hemispheric Security (2025-2026), contained in document CP/CSH/INF.602/25.
