N O T I C E
(Links for experts invited by member state delegations and for members of the public wishing to attend the meeting scheduled for April 23, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.)
The Secretariat of the Permanent Council presents its compliments to the permanent missions and, on instructions from the Chair, is pleased to forward herewith the links to the meeting under reference, for such experts as the member state delegations may wish to invite to participate in the dialogue on progress and challenges in the implementation of programs and projects related to promotion of hemispheric cooperation in dealing with criminal gang , as well as for those wishing to follow the event live . The meeting will proceed according to the Structure for the consideration of substantive issues during regular meetings of the Committee on Hemispheric Security (2025 –2026), contained in document CP/CSH/INF.602/25.
The Chair would like to remind the distinguished delegations that this will be an in -person meeting and will be held in the Simón Bolívar Room, on April 23, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
