(Links for experts invited by member state delegations and for members of the public to attend the meeting scheduled for May 7, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.)
The Secretariat of the Permanent Council presents its compliments to the permanent missions and, on instructions from the Chair, is pleased to enclose herewith the links to the meeting for experts that member state delegations may wish to invite to partici pate in the Meeting to Analyze the Special Security Concerns of the Small Island and Low -lying Coastal Developing States of the Caribbean , as well as for those wishing to follow the event live.
The Chair would like to remind the distinguished delegations that the meeting will be held in person in the Simón Bolívar Room on May 7, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

The Chair kindly requests experts invited by the delegations to log on to the meeting 30 minutes in advance in order to test the application and resolve any technical issues they may have when using the platform.
