NOTICE

(Next regular meeting of the Permanent Council – February 18, 2026) The Chair of the Permanent Council of the Organization of American States, Ambassador Luis Ernesto Vargas, Permanent Representative of Colombia, presents his compliments to the Permanent Missions of the Member States and has the honor to inform them that the next regular meeting of the Permanent Council will be held on Wednesday, February 18, 2026. In this regard, delegations wishing to propose items for inclusion in the draft order of business of the said meeting are requested to submit the corresponding formal request, accompanied by the relevant documentation, no later than the close of regular business hours on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, in order to allow for the issuance of the notice of convocation on Thursday, February 12 in view of the fact that Monday, February 16, is a public holiday. The Chair of the Permanent Council takes this opportunity to thank the Permanent Missions of the Member States for their continued cooperation and support and avails himself of this occasion to renew the assurances of his highest consideration.
