TO THE ORGANIZATION OF AMERICAN STATES MPHOEA/SE/26-002 bis The Permanent Mission of the Republic of Haiti to the OAS (MPH-OEA) presents its compliments to the Office of the Chair of the Permanent Council and, with reference to the agenda of the regular meeting of the Permanent Council to be held on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, has the honor to respectfully request the removal of the item concerning Haiti from the agenda of said meeting. The Haitian delegation will submit, at a later date, a new request for the inclusion of the item on Haiti in the agenda of the work of the Permanent Council. The Permanent Mission of the Republic of Haiti to the OAS takes this opportunity to renew to the Chair of the Permanent Council the assurances of its highest consideration.
