Original: Spanish The Chair of the Permanent Council of the Organization of American States, Ambassador Luis Ernesto Vargas, Permanent Representative of Colombia, presents his compliments to the delegations and has the honor to invite them to a special meeting of the Permanent Council to be held in the Simón Bolívar Room on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. The meeting, called at the request of the Permanent Missions of Bolivia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Mexico, Panama, Dominican Republic, and Uruguay to commemorate International Women’s Day, under the theme “Women in the Digital Transformation of the Americas,” will consider the accompanying order of business.
