NOTICE

(Deadline for comments on draft resolutions: “Amendment of the Rules of Procedure of the Permanent Council” and “Mandate Management and OAS Strategic Plan 2026–2030”) The Chair of the Permanent Council of the Organization of American States, Ambassador Luis Ernesto Vargas, Permanent Representative of Colombia, presents his compliments to the Permanent Missions of the Member States and refers to the draft resolutions “Amendment of the Rules of Procedure of the Permanent Council,” document CP/doc. 6184/26, and “Mandate Management and OAS Strategic Plan 2026–2030,” document CP/doc. 6185/26. In this regard, Permanent Missions that have specific comments on these documents are invited to submit them in writing no later than the close of business on Wednesday, March 11, 2026 , to the Office of the Chair ( CPresidente@oas.org), with the purpose of having them considered by the Permanent Council at its regular meeting scheduled for Wednesday, March 18, 2026. The Chair of the Permanent Council expresses his gratitude in advance for the participation of the Permanent Missions in this joint effort and takes this opportunity to reiterate the assurances of his highest consideration.
