Note No. 4-2-099/2026 The Permanent Mission of Ecuador to the Organization of American States presents its compliments to the Chair of the Permanent Council and has the honor to request that a protocolary meeting of the Permanent Council be convened at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 14, 2026, to receive the President of the Republic of Ecuador, His Excellency Mr. Daniel Noboa Azin. The Mission should be grateful if the Chair would consider this request and make the appropriate arrangements in accordance with the established rules and practices of the Permanent Council.
