NOTICE (Third meeting of the Informal Working Group) Kindly be informed that the third negotiation meeting of the Draft Declaration will take place on Thursday, December 4, 2025, at the OAS General Services Building. The meeting will be held in a hybrid format and will include virtual interpretation services. Delegations are encouraged, to the extent possible, to attend in person in order to facilitate the negotiation process. Participants requiring interpretation should have an electronic device and headphones to connect to the Zoom link and access the simultaneous interpretation service.
