4. Interventions by public and/or private sector institutions, international organizations and civil society on the scope of Artificial Intelligence: Reshaping strategies for sustainable and secure ports.

5. Activity Reports in the context of the Plan of Action of Roatan (2023-2026):

a. Activity r eport of the Chair of the Executive Board of the Inter -American Committee on Ports (CECIP).

b. Activity report of the Technical Advisory Groups (TAGs) Chairs:

  1. Strengthening and promoting inter-American port dialogue.

6. Consideration of strategies and support actions for the fulfillment of the CIP objectives.

a. Approval of the adjustment to the annual contributions to the CIP Special Port Program. b. Approval of the specifications to the CIP Rules of Procedure. c. Consideration and approval of the draft Resolution of Bridgetown 2026. d. Consideration and approval of the draft Plan of Action of Bridgetown 2026-2029: The scope of Artificial Intelligence: Reshaping strategies for sustainable and secure ports. e. Consideration and approval of the draft Budget for the CIP Special Port Program 2027-2029.

7. Election of CECIP Authorities for the 2026-2029 period.

8. Establishment of the venue and date of the 27th and 28th Meetings of the CECIP and the 15th Regular Meeting of the CIP in 2029.
