PARA: Servidores PGN e ASUNTO: Alcance al Memorando S.G No 044 del 04 de julio de 2014

Con el fin de complementar el formato de MANTENIMIENTO VEHíCULOS PGN. para cuyo diligenciamiento se dan las instrucciones en el Memorando del asunto, les infonmo que al CAPiTULO 111 "GESTiÓN EN EL TALLER". se le adicionaron dos (2) numerales. quedando por lo tanto de la siguiente manera:

3.1 FECHA Y HORA DE INGRESO

3.2 KILOMETRAJE AL INGRESO

3.3 NIVEL DE COMBUSTIBLE 3.4 ORDEN DE TRABAJO (USO EXCLUSIVO TALLER) 3.5 INVENTARIO VEHíCULO: El conductor hará entrega del inventario del vehiculo ( al Jefe de taller, diligenciando para el efecto el formato preestablecido el cual '. deberá ser firmado por ambos.

3.6 ACTIVIDADES REALIZADAS Y SU JUSTIFICACiÓN.

3.7 FIRMA SUPERVISOR CONTRATO

3.8 FIRMA AUTORIZADA DEL TALLER O CONTRATISTA.
