En consideración a la solicitud del asunto, la Superintendente Delegada de Notariado, en desarrollo de sus facultades asignadas en el artículo 24 del Decreto 2723 de 2014 modificado por el Decreto 1554 de 2022, pone en conocimiento el memorando No. SNR2025IE-026339-3 del 16 de septiembre de 2025, de la Superintendente Delegada de Tierras con Funciones Delegadas de Curadores – Superintendencia Delegada para la Protección, Restitución y Formalización de Tierras de la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro, a través de la cual se ponen en conocimiento las órdenes proferidas por el Juzgado Segundo (2) Civil del Circuito Especializado en Restitución de Tierras de Montería, en las que se ordena oficiar en aplicación del principio de prevención y de la garantía de no repetición, a la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro para que ordene a todos los
